Size exchanges or exchanges for other items: If you have purchased an item that is not refundable and need to do an exchange please call us and we will let you know how to proceed correctly. Do not place a new order for an item that is not refundable because we can not refund non-refundable items.

Gift Certificates Are Valid One Year From Date Of Purchase/Issue And Automatically Expire At One Year
Items must be returned in original packaging and tags still attached to ensure a refund/in-store credit. Shipping fees are non refundable.
All sales are final after 14 days. Items identified as a "final sale" are not returnable.. Any returns that we may accept at our discretion that do not meet our return criteria will be credited at the item's current sales price minus a 25% restocking fee.
Please allow 30 days for processing of returns. If you have not received a refund or credit within that time please feel free to contact us.
All Swimwear items are non-refundable but can be returned for in-store credit or size exchange. Swimwear items are swimming suits, cover ups, sun hats, and flip flops.
Shoes can be exchanged for size but no refunds will be given.
All Shoes Must Be Returned In Original Box, With Shipping Box Placed Over Original Box.
If Box Is Used For Shipping Box Or Original Box Not Returned, We Will Deduct A 25% Fee.
If your size is not available an in store credit will be issued.
Any Shoes Shipped Outside Of The United States Will Be Shipped With Out The Original Boxes.

Holiday merchandise is a final sale as of the date of the holiday. This includes velvet outfits. Any Holiday Wear returned within 3 weeks prior to the date of the Holiday cannot be refunded but we will be glad to give you an in store credit.
Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your purchase credit. Orders shipped with gifts and/or promotions will have the value of this gift/promotion deducted from your purchase credit.
We would also like to note that some of our children's apparel is quite delicate and may not hold up well with active toddlers/kids. We are unable to accept returns on items that were damaged while worn, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you place your order, these items are reserved for you and taken from our available stock. We then ship them when they arrive in our store. Pre-ordered items are purchased when you place your order and your credit card is charged at that time. Because these items are no longer available for others to purchase, and as our inventory is purchased we re-order available stock, any canceled orders/items will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. We will do our best to exchange sizes for you, but if unavailable a full in store credit will be issued. We do consider all pre-orders shipped within 30 days of Approx. Ship Date To Be On Time. Pre-orders are not refundable. They may be returned for a full in-store credit or a size exchange but cannot be refunded.
Sizing
We often get questions about how specific brands run is size. With some of our pre-order lines like Baby Lulu, we may not know this information until it arrives in our store. It is important to remember that every item may vary by brand, collection, style, and fabric. Many of the 100% cotton items are subject to shrinking even if the fabric has been pre-washed. To generalize, we have found Baby Lulu to run a size small and when in doubt, recommend ordering one size larger than your child's current age. Again, this is only a generalization and we are happy to measure specific items upon request.
Inventory
If you see a picture that does not have sizes listed underneath it, that means we are out of stock. It is a good idea to check back with us as our inventory changes regularly. We do our best to keep our inventory accurate, but occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, you may order an item that we are out of. If this happens you will be refunded for the item or items that were unavailable. If you would prefer your order to only be shipped complete, please place this information into the customer notes. We will then notify you before shipping to see if you would prefer something else to be substituted.
